He is survived by: his sons, Keith Irizarry, Philip Irizarry of Dayton, John Andrew Irizarry of Old Bridge and Daniel Irizarry of Sayerville; his sisters, Diana Irizarry of Pittsford and Yolanda Contrubis of Venice, Florida; and his grandchildren, Adriana Irizarry, Sebastian Irizarry, Alexander Glenn Irizarry, Jaxton Kristopher Irizarry, Jahmir Albert Irizarry, Phoenix Daniel Irizarry and Latona Irizarry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840).
