He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Anthony Berardinelli III, Denise Valvano (Charles) and Donna Odedina (Benjamin); his sister Angela Berardinelli; his grandchildren, Anthony IV, Analise, Ryan, Christopher, David and Desiree; and his great grandchild Christian.
