She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Williams; her husband Master Sergeant James Frasier of Columbia; her mother Fabiola Williams; and her granddaughter Onye Frasier. She is survived by: her children, Tyrone of Rahway, Robert (Lynn) of Upper Marlboro and Jenea (George) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Marquise, Aniya, Nalijah, Kayama, Nasser, Christopher, Tyyon, Alexandra, Ezekiel, Cassaundra, Chaela and Sydney; and her sisters, Joan Cash of Michigan and Janette Harwell of Connecticut. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
Her contributions to the Rahway community were recognized when she was honored as Rahway's Outstanding Citizen of the Year in 2021—a testament to her selflessness and dedication in making a difference.
