It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Erdek of Edison, New Jersey, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Erdek; and her brothers, Arthur and Henry Jakubczak. She is survived by: her children, William S. Erdek and Jill Merker (Donald); and her grandchildren, Brittney and Donald.
