She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Codd; her daughter Theresa Mary Codd; her siblings, George, William, Catherine Leanza and Rita Samuelson; and her parents, George Leanza and Catherine Leanza.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Codd (Michael Basile), Joseph Codd (Patricia), Bernard Codd (Joanne), Elizabeth Moroney (Patrick), Monica Codd-Wizeman (Stephen Wizeman), Maria Codd-Perez (Charles Perez), Frances Slusarz (John) and George Codd (Jeannette Harjo-Codd); and her siblings, Catherine Mitchell, Mary Triano, John Leanza, Richard Leanza and Joan Foggin. She is also survived by her 26 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren, her sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, and her children's friends for whom she became a second mom.
