He is survived by: his children, James E. Rice, Barbara Kobetitsch (Robert) and Laverne Williams; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Lori, Jennifer, Debra and Tom. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
