She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fitzpatrick and Helen Fitzpatrick; and her sister June Fitzpatrick-Sica (James Sica). She is survived by: her husband Gregory Werthwein; her sisters, Christine Fitzpatrick and Dawn Kilcoyne (Daniel Kilcoyne); her father-in-law Matthew Werthwein; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph and James Werthwein. She is also survived by nephew, many loving nieces, cousins, and friends.
