He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Mackenzie and Agnes Mackenzie. He is survived by: his sister Laurie Hope (OC); his wife Linda Mackenzie (Van Jaeckel); his children, Joseph Mackenzie (Dawn), Kathleen Shellhamer (Chris), Michael Mackenzie (Meghan) and Jonathan Mackenzie (Marlaina); and his grandchildren, Michael, Lauren, Jack, Sean, Julia, Kirsten, Malcolm and Rebeka. He is also survived by his family, and friends.
