She is survived by: her husband Fred Lacik; her children, Fred Lacik II (Kathy), Sandra Pedersen (Robert Cramer) and Thomas Lacik (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Kelly Reilly (Joe), Kristina Murray (Michael), Nikkilee Pedersen (Richard), Dana Pedersen (Ken), Jacqueline Galella (Patrick) and Thomas Lacik Jr. (Andrea); Joey, Kelsey, Jake, Jackson, Hadley, Kinsley, Brynnlee, Amelia, James, Aubrey, Michael and Natalie. She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
