He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tighe and Mary Tighe; and his children, Mary and Ronald Brim. He is survived by: his sibling Doctor Michael Joseph Tighe; his wife Gloria Lewis; his son Christopher (Jody); his grandsons, Christopher and Dillon Tighe; his daughter-in-law Vicky Brim; and his graddaughter Angelina Brim.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (81 Seymour Ave, Edison, NJ 08817). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
