He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel and Josephine Scerbo; his brother Charlie; and his pet Annie. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Joseph; his daughter-in-law Monika; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Jordan; his grandchildren, Maddalena, Gabriel, Hailey, Francis and Caden; and his pet Winston. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation in Joe's name (Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic Inc. 6555 Rock Spring Drive, Bethesda MD 20817).
