She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent J. Costantino; and her father Frank Horky. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Scott (Jonathan) of Dunellen and Kim Baskiewicz (Jesse) of South Plainfield; her mother Audrey Horky (VanNote); her grandchildren, Mark, Jason Scott, Kaitlyn and Karen Baskiewicz; and her sister Gayle DePalma.
