He was predeceased by: his father Louis D'Aries; his wife Patricia Ann D'Aries (Belott); his siblings, Mary Loprete and Dr. Lawrence D'Aries; and his brother-in-law Nicholas Belott.
He is survived by: his children, Richard A. D'Aries, Moira T. Demico (Dominic), Diana A. Taricani (David), Louis R. D'Aries Jr. (Kimberly) and Mark J. D'Aries; his grandchildren, Nicholas E. Taricani, Joseph D. Taricani, Danielle M. Flores (Oscar), Dominic D. Demico III (Amber), Joseph J. Demico (Alexandra), Gina M. Taricani, Louis R. D'Aries III and Drew C. D'Aries; and his great grandchild Liam M. Flores.
