It is with sadness that the passing of Marie Weir of Edison, New Jersey is shared. Marie, born on November 17, 1927, passed away on August 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Weir; her daughter Maureen P. Weir; her parents, Fred Barbieri and Mary Barbieri; and her brother Anthony Barbieri.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Weir (Diana) and Gary Weir (Kara) of Hillsdale, NJ; her grandchildren, Ben Weir (Meg) of Downingtown, PA, Corinne Weir (Eric) of Brooklyn, NY, Andy Weir of New York, NY and Logan; her brother Frank Barbieri of Kissimmee, FL; and her cousin Gloria. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Marie's name to Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
