She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Marcinko and Mary Marcinko; her husband Louis Carbone, Sr.; and her sister Lillian Polakowski. She is survived by : her son David Henkel of Chesterfield, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
