He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Klimczak and Elizabeth Klimczak. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Klimczak; his daughters, Brittany and Jessica; and his siblings, Steven and Julie. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to the Eagles Autism Foundation.
