He was predeceased by: his father Leslie; and his sister Tara. He is survived by: his wife Donna Zajacz; his son Michael Zajacz Jr.; and his mother Annette "Cookie" Zajacz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home (660 New Dover Rd, Edison, NJ 08820). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St John Vianney RC Church (420 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
