He was predeceased by: his son Norman M. Mohwinkle; and his brothers, Joseph, Bernard and Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his sister Patricia Mohwinkle of Avenel; his aunt Eileen T. Wans of Edison; his uncle Samuel Graham (Betty Jane) of Forked River; and his cousins, Carolyn Decotiis, Cara Voutsas (Peter), Chester S. Wans, Eileen Matarazzo and Charlene Applegate. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Butchie's name sent to the Edison Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
