She is survived by: her husband Robert Bomba; her sons, Robert John (Catherine), Paul (Cheryl) and Kevin (Michele); her grandchildren, Dawn Marie, David, Robbie, Nicholas, Zachary and Kaitlyn; her sister Rosalie (Bohdan Hish); her nephew Jonathan; and her nieces, Nicole (Adam Buchanan) and Michelle (Tony Demsia).
In lieu of flowers, Patricia would rather contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
