He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brunson and Essie Leonard Brunson; and his siblings, Edward Brunson, Lee Grant Brunson, Ernestine Thompson, Donald Brunson and Annie King.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Brunson, Jr. (Lakeya), Kelly Newsome, Stephen Brunson, Joseph Mancuso (Vivian), Michael Mancuso (Lori) and Matthew Mancuso; and his siblings, Betty Jean Cook, George Brunson (Helen) and Carl Brunson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
