He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Cortese and Mary Cortese (Approvato). He is survived by: his children, Kristin Cortese of North Brunswick, Jessica Cortese (Joseph Dymnioski) of Ewing, Ralph Cortese (Maegan Heaney) of North Brunswick and Vincent Cortese of North Brunswick; his grandchildren, Holden Cortese and Rowan Cortese-Dymnioski; and his sister Angela Sztuk (Frank) of Flemington.

At the request of Ralph's family, cremation will be held privately. *** During this ongoing pandemic, according to Executive Orders and the CDC Guidelines, we kindly ask that face masks must be worn while visiting, to be mindful of physical distancing to the best of your ability, and are asking visitors to minimize time spent indoors to allow everyone a chance to pay their respects.
