He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Czajkowski and Elizabeth Czajkowski; and his sister Kathy Piazza. He is survived by: his wife Jill Hutchins (Precious); his daughters, Lisa Lane (Jeff), Lynn Lorenz (Fred) and Kris Cauda (Chummy); and his grandchildren, Lauren Lane (LaLou), Jeff Lorenz (Fella), Drew Lorenz (Rooster), Karlie Lorenz (Clay Hubbard), Jake Lane (Jakie Junk), Brooke Lorenz (Cookalicious), Jenna Cauda (Gentle Jen) and Kacy Cauda (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
