He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard (Amanda Weber) and Edison; and his wife Evelyn Weber. He is survived by: his children, Judith Elker (Michael Schult) and Richard Weber; his grandchildren, Amanda Elker England, Nicole Elker, Michael Weber, Richard Weber and Brianna Weber; and his great grandchild Averie Jade England. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
