He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Berger and Fay Berger. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Tracy Wagner (John), David Berger (Angeles) and Laurie Bizub (Mike); his sister Shelly Mark (Nate); and his grandchildren, Morgan Bellas (Tommy), Claudia Berger, Hailey Bizub, Joseph Wagner and Juliana Wagner. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
