Kramer; his sister-in-law Debbie (Takesh) of Clearwater, FL.; his siblings, Suzanne M. Torsiello of Middletown, NJ, Kathleen M. Sciaraffo of Middletown, NJ and Stephen J.; and his sister-in-law Amy B. Kramer (Anderson) of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
