He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giuseppe Ruggeri and Maria Ruggeri (Catanese); his brother Venezuela; his wife Maria (Maimone); his siblings, Francesco, Natale, Sebastiana and Santo; his children, Maria Caterina and Giuseppe; his daughter-in-law Lisa; his grandsons, Salvatore and Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Giuseppe (Dina Catanese), Aldemara Maimone, Domenica Maimone and Francesca Drulis (Steven). He was also cherished by cousins, nephews and nieces.
