He is survived by: his children, Thomas John Katchisin Jr. of Edison and Amanda Marie; his great grandchild John Albert Katchisin (Vyolet Katchisin); his grandson Vincent Thomas; his siblings, Dorothy "Ginny" Tarn and Gerald "Corky" Hall of Cliffside Beach; and his former wife MaryAnn Katchisin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
