Petro of Edison, New Jersey, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Victor Petersen; her husband Albert R. Petro; her mother Hazel J. Petersen (Vaughan); and her siblings, Raymond V. Petersen and Joan V. Reilley (Petersen).
She is survived by: her children, Robert V. Petro (Colleen) of Neptune, NJ, Edward A. Petro of Phoenix, AZ and Donna V. Schroeder (Robert) of Branchburg, NJ; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Miller of Bridgewater, NJ. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great– grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grace Healthcare Services (Hospice) Edison, NJ, the Union Church of Lavallette, Lavallette NJ, the Crazy Horse Memorial, St. Jude.
