He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Mulligan and Thomas Hannigan Harth; his wife Patricia E. Maher; and his granddaughter Allison E. Harth. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Kara A. Weeks, Dr. Rachel Harth Donaway (Will) and Kaitlyn J. Weeks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
