He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Adrianne; his son Alex; his siblings, Daniel, James and Annemarie; his nephews, Max and Matthew; his godchildren, Caitlin and Kevin; and his former wife Faith.
