She is survived by: her children, Angel Cortes (Walfa), Eddie Cortes (Melissa Escribano), Norberto Cortes, Demetrio Cortes Jr. and Evelyn Cortes; and her siblings, Hector Perez, Armando Perez and Margarita Perez. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
