He was predeceased by : his parents, Salvatore Catalfano and Camille Catalfano; and his brother Michael Catalfano (Arlene). He is survived by : his wife Elaine; his children, Tony Catalfano (Susan), Lisa Butterworth (Andy), Salvatore Catalfano (Lisa) and Tracy Robinson; and his siblings, Tina McCaffrey, Robert Catalfano (Marti) and Francis Berry (Tom). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
