She is survived by: her children, John Shertel (Charlene), Brenda Bauer and Wendi Shertel; her sister Joyce Katz; her nephew Bill Jenkins (Lynn); her niece Kim Gilman (Dave); her daughter Christina Dowling; and her close friend Tracy Gordon. She is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
