He is survived by: his wife Betty; his son George Slater (Kristin); his grandchildren, Kiera, Erin, Allison, Maura and Sarah; his son Patrick (Crystal); his grandchildren, Makayla of Tara, P. J. and Aubrey; his daughter Jennifer Nice (Chris); his grandchildren, Kevin, Christopher and Ava; his son Paul Lukert; his grandson Matthew; and his siblings, Edward Slater (Sharon), Kathy Lombardo (Tony) and Karen Maglio.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
