She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Hazelton and Wilbur Hazelton; and her former husband Edmund Allen. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Kadlecik; and her children, Bridget Apito (Gary), Edmund Allen, Jr. (Jenny), Jill Ditrolio (Gino), Ashley Cellucci (Daniel) and Jordan Kadlecik. She is also survived by four grandsons; four granddaughters and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the Covenant House or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
