He was predeceased by: his father Salvatore Bancheri; his brother Vincenzo Bancheri; his niece Eliza Thomas; his sister Maria Thomas; his mother Rosa Gianfacaro Bancheri; and his brothers-in-law, Calogero Messina and Rinaldo Provenzano.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Blackmer-Bancheri; his sons, Patrick, Eric and Salvatore; his siblings, Sal "Tony" Bancheri (Caroline), Joe Bancheri (Melanie), Josephine Spena (Paul), Grace Provenzano, Stephanie Messina and Vincenza Provenzano; and his sister-in-law Gina Bancheri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
