She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Carter; and her parents, Floran Mason Jr. and Janet E. Mason (Johnson). She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Flash of Clermont, NJ and Angelo Vendrasco of Atco, NJ; her stepdaughter Cynthia Carter Wedgewood of Wilmington, DE; and her siblings, Beverly Zozone and Barry Mason.
