He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Barlow; his wife Lisa Tapp; his children, Gabrielle Tapp, Michael Tapp, Jr., Ryan Tapp and Jack Tapp; his brothers, Richard Frank and John Hall (Rebecca); and his siblings' children, Brittany, Hope and Kevin.
