He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey and Kathryn Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Frankie of Rahway; his daughter Jeanette Bailey of Rahway; and his siblings, Margaret Williams (Peggy), Ronald Bailey, Hamzah Abdellah and Dennis Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
