He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ahern and Florence Ahern of Elizabeth, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Roberts; his children, Keith Ahern, Mary Ahern of Wilmington, NC and Kevin Ahern of Newport, NC; and his grandchildren, Keith Ahern Jr. and Sarah Ahern Hook. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
