He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Nina and Maria Dolores Baez Nina; and his siblings, Jose Nina, Sonia Nina and Luz Maria Nina.
He is survived by: his wife Silvia Nina; his children, Sonia Nina, Roslyn Nina-Cianfano, Robert Nina and Daniel Nina; his grandchildren, Julian, Jodie, Brandon, Brianne, Salvatore, Luca, Mathew, Michael and Anáis; and his brothers, Rafael Nina and Domingo Nina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
