She was predeceased by: her husband Gabriel Boullon; her parents, Augustin Sisto and Ida Stiffinella; and her brother-in-law Jack Rauffenbart. She is survived by: her sister Juanita Rauffenbart. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Cancer Society in Hazel's memory.
