We announce the death of Jairo A. Sarria of Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 82. Jairo’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luis Serafino Oviedo and Julia Emma Sarria; his wife Maria Noemi Montano; and his children, Maricel Sarria and James Sarria. He was also cherished by wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home (1055 E Jersey St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the same location.
