He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Rafferty (Foy); his brother Stephen; his grandson Ian; and his brother-in-law Ed. He is survived by: his father James L. Rafferty Sr.; his children, Megan Rafferty-Miner and James Rafferty (Jessica); his grandchildren, Emmersyn, John, Cecilia Miner, Landon and Reed Rafferty; his siblings, Patricia Gillette, Michael Rafferty (Trish) and David Rafferty (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Sean Rafferty, Breanne Allen (John), Stephen, Tyler Rafferty, Dylan and Jack Rafferty.
