He is survived by: his wife Carole Ruane (Scott); his children, James Ruane (Nancy), Brian Ruane (Bernadette), Mary Lynn Cuppari (Frank) and Lisa Milano (Michael); his siblings, Henry Swickel and Johanna McCole; his grandchildren, James Ruane, Frankie Cuppari, Tyler Ruane, Brian Scott Ruane, Kelsey Ruane, Nicky Cuppari, Michael Milano, Matthew Milano and Joseph Milano; and his great grandchildren, Skylar Ruane, Avery Ruane, Riley Ruane, Gavin Ruane and Jamison Ritter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
