He was predeceased by: his parents, Menelaos and Aikaterini; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his daughters, Katerina (John) and Eleni (Stamatios); his grandchildren, Konstantinos Haralambos, Evangelia Agape, Kalliope, Nikolaos and Kiriaki; and his brother Gregorios Kotsis (Maria). He is also survived by his family, friends.
