It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mariela Buitrago in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her sisters, Berta, Marina and Cristina; and her daughter-in-law Beatriz Bolanos.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home (2124 E St Georges Ave, Linden, NJ 07036). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Church (1000 N Broad St, Hillside, NJ 07205).
