He is survived by: his spouse Zinera Macys; his children, Michele Macys Hardwick (Benjamin Hardwick) of Monroe Township and Michael A. Macys (Lesley Sugden) of Manalapan; his close friend Fran Marra; his grandchildren, Maddox Hardwick and Xander Hardwick; and his sisters, Nelly Fokken and Regina Bitenas.
