He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Sabia and Ermina Sabia; and his siblings, Florence Alcamo, Mary Foreman, Tony Sabia, Rose Pacelli and Joseph Sabia.

He is survived by : his wife Joan Sabia; his sons, Joseph Sabia (Jennifer Sabia) and Michael Sabia (Dawn Trevors); his grandchildren, Jessica Sabia, Joseph Sabia and Derek Hoover; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ezra and Isaiah; and his brother Carmine Sabia.
