He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Mushko and John Mushko; his former wife Marion; his son Richard; and his sisters, Dorothy (Charles) and Jean (Kenneth).

He is survived by: his wife Evora; his daughter Mary Kay (Glenn Breckenridge) of Dunellen, NJ.; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Melissa, David and Jillian; and his brothers, James and John.

Tributes to Richard's memory could be in the form of a donation to his families support of the Children's Tumor Foundation (http://www.ctf.org), and to help his granddaughter with her quest to find a cure for Neurofibromatosis.
